How do I book?

Text or email your pickup address, destination, date, time, passenger count, luggage details, and flight number if relevant.

Is OHPEC app-based?

No. Bookings are handled directly by text or email.

What vehicle will I get?

OHPEC currently operates a Tesla Model X for pre-booked transfers.

How many passengers can travel?

The current public-facing limit should be treated as up to 4 passengers, depending on luggage.

How does airport pickup work?

Send your flight number and confirm the time you expect to be ready after baggage, customs, and walking out.

Can I pay by card?

Payment options may include online card, card in vehicle, bank transfer, or account by arrangement.

Can I get a receipt or GST invoice?

Yes. Request receipt or invoice details when booking.

Can I request a child seat?

Mention child seat requirements before the booking is confirmed.
